This was our first Wedding of the season and what a way to start!! After a decent break away and a jam packed, somewhat relaxing maternity leave I was eager to jump back in the saddle of Wedding day bliss. We could not have dreamed up a better day or couple! The weather was gorgeous, everything ran on schedule and was beautiful thanks to Emily Weddings . These two decided on a 'First Look' which allowed for endless amounts of pictures and beautiful light before heading to their ceremony site. Their ceremony and reception was backyard, tent style. Absolutely stunning view overlooking the water, fresh green grass, flowers blooming //it's safe to say LOVE was felt all around! Beautiful 'I' do's' and they were married by their sister in law which makes it that much sweeter! Can we talk about the beach ball exit, it just made me so happy inside.
They had the most delicious food (fresh oysters, my husband was in heaven) and good lord did these guys know how to PARTY! Astro killed it with the perfect variety of classic and fun//at one point at the end of the night a song started, I turned to Brian and started head banging to 'cut my life in to pieces, this is my lasssst resort!!!' name that song anyone? so so random but so so awesome! There was mosh pitting and Kyle was crowd surfing through the whole song. I'm pretty sure that will be a moment he remembers forever, I know we will haha, a Wedding first, for sure. Get this, they even had funnel cakes and pizza for a night time treat, so fun!
Just looking at Melissa's vivacious smile makes me smile. Just seeing the way Kyle adores her made me so grateful to share in this day. Everything was absolutely wonderful; thank you thank you for kicking off our season with a bang, we love you guys!!
