I loved these beauties and their perfect engagement session!! I appreciated the fact that they put thought in to choosing their location and it had a special meaning to them and their relationship--it makes all the difference in the world!! They chose Down town Norfolk because they have an adorable place in the center of the city overlooking the historical cobblestone stone streets where they walk their sweet puppy every evening. This is where they enjoy every day life, talk about their days and soak up their time together. Morgan had a few outfit changes, all of them gorgeous and the perfect touch to the session--I love color! Can we talk about how stunning she is?! Those sultry eyes--she's smokin'; get it Daniel!! They decided to end the session at a very special location--where Daniel popped the question; back to the scene of the crime ;) Now, a little back story: Daniel serves our country and together he and Morgan have now made it through three deployments. They are only able to communicate through email--she calls the emails her 'modern day love letters' (melt my heart). So it was only fitting that he proposed amongst the bronzed inscriptions that have been memorialized in Waterside, surrounding the flag that flies. These inscriptions were pulled from letters written home to loved ones by war heroes that never returned. If that doesn't tug at your heart strings, I don't know what will!
I cannot wait to share in their beautiful Half Moone Wedding decked out in grey and my favorite mustard yellow touches!! I can't wait to capture their love amongst the same love letters where it all began <3
